Milking Parlour Fluid?

My mums back yard is forever slimy, thanks to the dogs doing their business im guessing, no matter how many times it's power hosed this lovely film keeps forming on top of the concrete. As the yard is on a slope it can be quite dangerous to walk on. Mum has said that somebody suggested to her 'milking parlour fluid' that would stop this growth and also be safe for the dog, but I can't seem to find it. Does anybody know if there is such a thing?

Have you tried Jeyes fluid? You can get that from the supermarket and as far as I know it's safe it's been used in kennels for years.

Try bleach. It's Sodium Hypochlorite and a powerful disinfectant and anti-septic. This should kill any moulds and fungii in the yard. Try a 1 in 10 dilution first. That should be strong enough.

Try ALGON organic path and patio cleaner.I've found it very effective,easy to use and safe for pets.Can be found in most garden centres.

I agree with rattyratgirl - Jeyes Fluid is ideal and is routinely used in barns, dog kennels and presumably milking parlours. Make a solution of it, and scrub the back yard with a broom. Smells vile, but should do the trick.

Jeyes fluid is also very good for smelly drains as well.
