Anti-royalist, so don't care except that there will be yet another drain on the country's resources. Not a surprise though - it is what is expected of her. They have to produce a couple of heirs, or even heiresses. Part of the job.
What brilliant news - a great end to a fantastic year. I hope the Duchess soon feels better, my sister had this condition and she was in and out of hospital for the whole time she was pregnant (with twins!)
Congratulations to them-they always look such a happy couple.
I too do not understand some of the negative remarks here. They are doing what most young couples do-you don't have to be a royalist to be happy for them.
I feel sorry for them. Because of the position they are in they have had to let the cat out of the bag way sooner than most people do and she is ill to boot. Why can't people be a bit more generous of spirit?
Having never had a baby I'm interested to know how they distinguish morning sickness from the nasty Norovirus which is sweeping the country, maybe she has caught that virus and she needn't have announced her good news so early. I think they are a lovely couple and I wish them well.
