It's The Ingratitude That Hurts
21 Answers
I give my plants plenty of water, and put them in nice light spots, near the big windows, with a view of the sea front, keep the soil topped up ... I'm a model plant owner.
So I go to spend a few days with my OH, and come back ... and they're all wilted, and sulking.
After lots of remedial attention, they're still floppy and sulking.
I don't know. I do so much for them. It's the ingratitude that hurts.
