15d Devious part of torse (7) I have o---que which would give me oblique but I can't see how the answer fits the clue. And even worse 18a car is not tidy didactically. (8) -a--l-a-. where the L comes from oblique. Anyone able to help

anagram of 'didactically' without the letters of 'tidy'
15d There is an oblique muscle in the torso - torse may be a misprint ?

thank you both - shoud have got the cadaillac.
a torse has twisted braids. devious also = twisted.
oblique is a synonym of twisted.
so it could be correct.
