got nice neighbours but they are really noisy especially their tv which is mounted to the wall so we moved to the other room and its fairly quiet there, my wife gets talking to the woman who lives there in the garden and she finds out she is a noise environment officer well i spat my tea everywhere when she told me that fantastic!
