Time To Legalize Soft Drugs

I am slightly divided on this one but on reflection I think we have little choice. Legalizing them would take a fair bit of money out of the Barons pockets (and into HMRC pockets) and hopefully reduce their power.
I do feel though it would need to be accompanied by draconian measures against users and purveyors of hard drugs. ie life (no parole and real life) for the vendors and 10 years (including enforced cold turkey rehabilitation) for the users.
