I Can't Attach A Short Video File To A Text Message On My Phone (Htc Desire Hd)

It says "message size limit reached, sorry you cannot attach this to your message" Which is strange as the video's only 27 seconds long.

Does anyone know what the problem might me or is there a way i can condense the video to send? Is there a free app that can do this maybe?

Well if it's an HD video it's about 27 (secs) * 25 (Mbs) / 8 Megabytes
Which I make about 84 Megabytes. The size of an MMS is generally limited to 300 - 600KB.

Yes it's hd, can i take of the hd and then send it or is there another way to condense it and send it?
