Itchy Skin...

My H 70+ has just started getting itchy skin, legs, back, body, uses Anti Itch cream but it doesn't help much. He's cut his daily shower out to every other day & uses anti-bacterial shower liquid what else can he do?.

Is it connected to age or his diet or...?

Have you any answers for me?

He's got E45 cream but he says he hasn't noticed any difference with it.
Perhaps he needs the E45 wash & moisturiser.

Don't know about blood probs, surely his doc would have sent him for a test if he needed it?

At the mo things are not too bad but he wants to sort it in case it gets worse.

Thats just what I thought jem, I don't want it to get worst. It did cross my mind about circulation probs around my feet and ankles but the doc didn't seem to think anything of it, just asked if I was allergic to anything. Never had anything like this before.

If this has started recently, it may be "winter itchy Skin"...yes, really!
Google "winter itch" for information.

Just be careful using E45 in the shower. It makes the shower floor slippy. Be sure to use a non slip mat.
