Mm Links Results December 2012 Week 2

'Sir Robin of Linksley' (aka Aquagility) kept to a nautical theme for this week's challenge words (but not necessarily for links themselves.

I can now reveal that his chosen links were:

We had a massive score of 51 points shared between 24 players so many of you will be reading good news this weekend.

Between 9:01 and 9:03 a massive 18 players earned bonus points as all four links were quickly discovered and then re-discovered by subsequent players. Forgive me if I don't mention you all but I am short for time and there are so many. I will confine myself to firsts and multiple hitters.

Tearinghair, was the first player to reach shelter with SAFE HAVEN.

Second player GrannyDi was first in line for the HAPPY HOUR.

Third player Strix had the brass neck to suggest CREW NECK.

The final linnk managed to last just a minute longer until 11th player, Roslyn251254 discovered that her cabin had a PORTHOLE.

There were FIVE double-hitters this weekend:- Patchett, OwlLady, Teacher1, Eiggam and CHRIS-Hewat.

BUT - Better than that there were TWO double-hitters: Lysander and Roslyn251254. Since they both played at 9:02 and both scored 6 points I cannot separate them for Hotshot so -

Finally, I was not around on Friday evening so I left the shrubbery unattended. Somehow Paulineward managed to get locked in and didn't emerge to play the game as expected.
