Only thing I could come up with is:- 1 mp =1 member of parliament. on the way from Westminster to Leeds= from ? to city. But not very confident
Thanks, danny - that's where I got to, but couldn't account for S, L and I. I assumed CITY was Westminster, therefore I couldn't see the relevance of Leeds.
Maybe it's something to do with Westminster postcode? Ah, well, can't win 'em all!
