An Asian gentleman walks into a US currency exchange with 2,000 yen and receives $77. Next day he enters with another 2,000, but gets only $66. Why so little? "Fluctuations" says the teller. The Asian storms out, but not before shouting, "And fluc you Amelicans, too!"
