Dvla...
Who knew that DVLA, in their wisdom are closing all local offices by December 2013?
WHAT A DISGRACE.
They want everything to be either sent through the post or to update changes on the internet. Just to save money.
Well gauranteed, this will not work. Not many of the public knows about this & when the results of the consultation were received, there were hardly any responses in favour of this. But they are still going ahead with this very silly idea.
WELL DONE DVLA!

Along with the majority here I have never visited a DVLA office and have recently moved from using Post Office counter service in favour of DVLA online.
So why do you think it is a disgrace Has? How do you you use the DVLA service differently to the rest of us that you are going to be so inconvenienced?

I used to work for the DVLA (many moons ago) - the machine used to do the tax discs was ginormous! Wonder how they will deal with the transfer of personalised number plates now (although I suspect the systems is a lot different now to when I used to do it).
Ps - has, are you always this cross about tuff?
