i want to say i had the confidence to challenge consultants decisions (more than one consultant, more than 1 decision) where is the apostrophe (if any) please?

I just though as MR obviously finds absolutely everything "awfully simple" he would know.

well thanks for your answers which didn't actually answer me. I am now even more confsed, but have ceased caring, as the application is now submitted. I put my "attention to detail" sentence far away from the consultant decision sentence in case it was wrong

I know your application's gone in, but we have a stock phrase along the lines of "able to communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical personnel at all levels" - happy for you to crib that for future reference, if you like!
