What do you all thi9nk is the best free photo editing software. I use Picasa but I find it messy. Any odeas please.

Faststone is simple and good. I use it a lot. It is a great viewer too.

I've used Photobucket for years, never had a problem :)

It really depends on what you want to do with the photos and your level of expertise in this field.

There's also Irfanview and Xnview, both FREE.
