The is a 5 day forecast for the weather. That must mean someone is optimistic anyway. I am holding off buying the turkey till Saturday anyway.

The Mayans were wrong. I've just bought a calendar which goes to December 31st 2013. Just keep buying a new calendar each year and all will be fine.

I've just seen a Mayan coming out of Tescos with 24 cans of Stella. I asked him if it was for the 'end of the world' and he said 'nah, 2 packs for a tenner'
