I have one of those really annoying spots, that are huge, ugly and red and don't come to anything but lurk there for ages. And the best bit is, its on my nose.Tomorrow, Im going to a party, and I'd prefer it if Plook didn't come with me. Is there anything I can do to get it off my nose by tomorrow? Or at least make it less red and smaller?

For future reference.... I have found that Tea Tree Gel from Boots is excellent for getting rid of spots over a couple of days.

Don't squeeze it whatever you do! You can buy these capsules called Blemish Bombs from Boots. I can't rememebr who makes them but you leave them on over night and they are really good. I bet it doesn't look as bad as you think by the way! Enjoy the party and drink lots of beer and you'll forget about it!
