I would say it's cruel because I think lasers are dangerous if shone in the eye. When I had a cat I used to use a mirror on a sunny day and she would chase that.

We are told to exercise our cats to help them keep slim - this looks like exercise to me. :-)

yes its cruel and set up so the poor cat knocks the pyramid of tins over des the cat have a choice ? and they call themseves animal lovers, dont make me laugh.
