Riding gloves for little girls

Does anybody know of a shop/online that sells riding gloves for a 2 1/2 year old?  

Its getting cold now and she needs to wear something on her dinky hands but her woollen type every day gloves don't give her enough grip.

They could be made of any material but preferably have some stretch and good adhesive qualitys.

We've tried all the local tack shops and even the "one size fits all" dimple style ones are too big.

don't know if they would suitable but have you looked at cycling gloves

Or i don't know if it will be suitable but, if you go to an upmarket/ posh garden centre, sometimes they sell those new style gardening gloves for children in all sorts of sizes. They are thick and have like a rubber feel to the palms. I'm no equestrian, so I'm sorry if this is no help...

i did find some gardening gloves with a rubber type grip, but there is no warmth in them at all!

In the depths of winter, I  wear two pairs of gloves.  Thin cotton ones (which I use whatever the weather), and then the woollen pimply ones on top.

Alternatively she could wear her normal sized woollen ones underneath extra small sized thin riding gloves which will take up some of the extra room. Either way you maintain the grip.

The gloves with pimple rubber bumps on go to small sizes, check the Robinsons catalogue out www.robinsons-uk.com they should have some :-)

I did manage to find some perfect small ones for a 2-3yo from CWG (which used to be called Central Wool Growers). They have a different coloured wool for each finger and pimples on the palms. Best of all they only cost 3 quid!
