I met a flasher when out with my 11 year old neice. I was furious and whipped him with a dog lead.

I remember getting flashed as a kid, I was most upset. My nan (Alf Garnettess) came round when she heard and said to me "next time it happens, tell em, no thanks, I smoke me own! If ever I'm flashed again, I'm gonna scream that as loud as I can. ;)
