NS& I online service

When I log in to NS & I's online service, all I get is a message saying Device print script results are mandatory. What browser setting do I need to change? (I use Firefox)

Is it still doing that? It's working fine for me. Sounds like you just happened to try to access their website as they were installing some updates, or something similar...

I have the same problem using both Safari and Firefox from an Intel Macbook 13". I can't get beyond the Surname and NS Number screen. NS & I say that it's because I'm using a Mac but this seems a feeble answer given the number of Macs in use now.
