I could be wrong but I don't think so. I am Rhesus negative and both my partners were positive. I didn't have any problems as my youngest was negative like me, and the son that was positive was fine. The pregnancies were all monitored and I had an anti D injection after.
I'm really sorry that you've had 2 miscarriage, hopefully your next pregnancy will be successful.
Have you spoken to your doctor about this? They will be able to help you and set your mind at rest much more than we could.
Dirtyharriet is right,Rhesus factors are only a problem when the Mum is negative and the father positive.Even then,if there are any complications(and thats v rare now)they will tend to set in much later in the pregnancy. Its not likely to be the reason, though your doctor will probably do other tests to investigate further.
