You could put it in a marinade when the recipe calls for lemon juice. I think it would work ok. I make lemon curd regularly, I love it. I can't imagine doing something savoury with it! Mine goes in tarts (like jam tarts) and I also make mini lemon meringues. It's also yum in a cake, but one of my favourites recipes is Nigellas lemon meringue fool. Just whip double cream till its almost thick, stir in a goodly amount of lemon curd and crumble meringues into it. Heavenly, and not at all fattening ;-)

Apparently, if you add salt, pepper and thyme to it, it turns it into savoury lemon curd and you can use it in savoury recipes.
