Family Tree Maker 2010 Difficulties

FTM 2010 is being a right pain in the ****.

I am trying to finish a book for Christmas. I am having inordinate problems inserting media files (such as .tiffs and .jpegs) of birth entries and censuses that I have downloaded from Scotland's people.

If I try and insert it as a media item the thing is so tiny it is illegible. I've worked out that if I do it in Word and save it as a Word 2003 document it sometimes works. It's doing my head in.

I'm running WIndows 7 (have downloaded the patch) and firefox. Any suggestions, please?

you should put the media into the tree on ancestry first and then create the book in My Canvas on ancestry .
