How long did Sunset Beach ran for and where can we get a box set of the series from?

No idea but god how funny was that programme? I once saw a wedding story line where the actual day lasted at least 2 weeks.

Originally, Sunset Beach was shown on in the UK (Channel 5) between late 1997 and early 2000. I came across this programme half way through and became addicted to it! What other soap opera could get away with turkey baster plots!! Alas, I've not come across any SB dvds/videos as yet, so will be interested to hear if anyone else has.

It ran for a couple of years (around 3) and I've never seen a box series for it. If you do find one, it will cost a small fortune, plently of space and loads of time. I mean how long can one story line run for. It had around 5 main plots which ran over 3 years, still it was enjoyble to see, especially all those dishy men, Good Luck in your quest, it will be quite a challenge to collect them all.

Sunset Beach premiered in 6 January 1997 and the last episode aired on 31 December 1999.
There are no episodes commercially available, although some countries outside of the US have/are showing reruns.
Sunset Beach was considered a relative failure and NBC/Spelling are unlikely to ever release any episodes.
