Passport Crisis!

Seasons greetings and all that...posting here for urgency...
Does anyone know if it would be possible to replace a lost passport before Friday?
A mate has lost his and has been told that he won't be able to get a replacement as it is 'lost' and will need to be investigated add to that it being the Christmas period.... not even sure they'll be open.... I'm posting this from my phone and have had no luck finding info on opening hours etc [London area]

Thats encouraging news about the bike! I was seeing an Alexander Technique teacher at the beginning of the year but unfortunately can't afford her any more. I'm just glad that she taught me how to sit properly as I think it really did help.... shame we didn't get to the lesson on walking lol.
I do need to lose weight and am really hoping this will help with the pain, I've set myself a 6 month target...lose weight, see the physio and if its no better....demand surgery! I've had this pain for years and it's taken this long to get my GP to send me for a scan even though I've already had surgery once. Really hope you get yours sorted.
