Chromebook Problem...

Can anybody help please ,My daughters new Samsung chromebook has a frozen up whilst on a site ,and is not responding to any attempts at clearing the page or progressing ,the touhpad is working and responding but nothing on screen is . Any advice gratefully recieved .

Have you tried the obvious?
Remove the battery to disconnect the power, wait a few seconds and then put it back in. (It's always worked on laptops, etc, for me!)

There is nowhere for the battery to be removed.. Completely sealed.....

I hear you ... Many thanks, but I'm really really uncomfortable about sticking sharp implements into any 'holes' this thing has........
Then it will stay broken.

Sticking paperclips into little holes is a long time accepted way to reset devices... just do it.
