i remember watching one of the thunderbird movies at the cinema when i was young
there was the usual disclaimer during the credits about 'any similarities between persons living or dead are purely co-incidental' ...

When I was very young, I remember an episode of Thunderbirds that featured giant crocodiles. Gave me a few nightmares. It was only when I was a little older that I realised that they were just baby crocs scaled up to look like giants.
Like Jim Henson, Anderson was a bit of a genius.
(And let's all try to forget the appalling Hollywood live action remake of Thunderbirds from a few years ago).
