The Sunday Telegraph will be published . . BUT all local newsagents will be closed. AHHHHHHHHhhhhhhh...

EVERY newspaper will be published this Sunday, it will be business as usual! Where you can get copies is down to your local newsagents, I know I will be having several delivered to me as normal. Don't know where the idea of the Telegraph only being published comes from!!

Just checked with my local newsagent, he will be up at 3 on Sunday morning, and the paper boy will be doing his usual rounds, seems like it is also like that all over town, so I don't know why you should have problems unless you live at the top of a mountain beerbelly! Happy New Year!

Dkeyse, I take it you live in England then. Up here in Scotland, we take the New Year a lot more seriously and my local Newsagent will be closed on Sunday AND on Monday. In fact it is only in relatively recent times that the Scots have started celebrating Christmas!

No one suggested that it would ONLY be the Telegraph that will be published. That is the paper I take and so knew that IT would be published. Couldn't spaeak for the rest.

I'm sure there will be plenty of news on Sunday with the New years honours list, I was so please to have the New York Times in my inbox on Christmas Day they may call it happy holiday but they had the newspaper to enjoy, I hope so if we're not deep in snow to make it to the shops. Good Luck beerbelly at least tomorrow will get Daily Record crossword but does anyone win South of the Border .
