to ask a question. (sorry it'snot more exciting than that)
As you are my favourite plumber (I mean that in the nicest sense) can you tell me why our boiler breaks into loud noises resembling a horde or angry bees? We've been having problems with it for a while and thought it was fixed but recently it's started this racket. Have you any idea what it might be before I call out the chap again to tell him our boiler is making noises like very noisy bumble bees?

just use the little brass key on the end of the radiators, undo the small nut there and let it bleed until water appears.....a quick check is if there is air there, the top of the radiator won't heat, so check on those ones!
