A friend of mine told me she is just going to eat breakfast cereals with SS milk for the next two weeks.
Will she be missing out on certain nutrients/vitamins and is she likely to lose weight?
Well my friend and I decided we need to lose some weight so I will see how she gets on with the cereals and I will try the balanced diet without the cake and puddings :-)
I have that for breakfast anyway and if I had it for lunch too, surely that would be more calories than eating 3 sesame Ryvita with tomato and cucumber on, which is what I usually have for lunch + a yoghurt.
