Wireless Rapoo Keyboard And Mouse Not Working
1 Answers
Hi,
I have a new Rapoo wireless mouse and keyboard and when I plug in the wirless dongle to my win7 64bit machine it works for about 5 seconds and then it stops. There is then a chance that if I move it to another port it will do the same but more often than not it does nothing.
This is supposed to be plug and play but I have also tried downloading drivers and pairing software but no joy.
Any suggestions? Theres nothing else to interfere with it.

Another possibility is incompatible windows drivers. Worth checking that the window driver is capable of operating in a 64bit environment.
