H. I'm trying to complete this year's crossword but have got stuck on four clues, so i'm hoping a fellow crossworder would be able to help. The clues are: 51d 'frosted diamonds given to daughter'; 52d 'start playing with posh bloke holding same points'; 55d 'pattern of descent found in shoe?'; and finally (one i think i know but want to check with) 9d 'graduate's second service'. Thanks everyone for the help. Now I'm stuck on 54a 'cut of steak is dish served when out of bed'. If the letters I have are correct I have E_T_E_O_E. Anyone able to help please?
