Hands-Free Desk Phone

I have a home office and I've just had an extra BT line put in so that i can get a decent desk phone with a good hands-free facility.

I've looked around online and thought I'd made the choice (BT converse 2300) but the reviews are awful.

Can anyone recommend one?

Though I have to say, I use a Skype in number, and a headset. I find this is cheaper, easier, and it means it's very simple to record all my calls for future reference.
