Huge Meteor Shower Tonight

Just been reported on Sky News, up to 100 every hour, will peak between 5 and 6 a.m. Highly visible in the NW.
As I'm on nights I'll hopefully catch the show later!

It's breezy here(N. Wales) so should stay clear.

The Quadrantid meteors will appear to radiate from a point near Ursa Major although you don't have to look at the radiant to see them. These are usually much brighter than the (usually disappointing) Perseids. They should be visible for the next couple of nights, weather permitting.

Anyone see anything of it? I popped out a couple of times when the snoutcasts went for a death stick and I saw.........not a bloody sausage!
