Anyone remember the John Bull printing set?
No, but I seem to remember a Dormy rubber stamping set.
tilly i liked dressing those doll's and i also liked mr pototo head
I had a John Bull printing set. wooden racks with loads of little black squares of rubber with letters on which you inserted with tweezers and pressed into the tin of black ink pad.
oh my!! The cut out dolls. I, too, remember cutting them out from Bunty and glueing them to the cardboard from a cereal box. (pva glue or flour and water as the case may be)
The tabs were in the wrong place to keep them clothed.

The best bit about the pva glue is getting on your hand and peeling it off after it's dried.

Anyone remember Mr Pastry?
Don't think I ever watched him,Georgiesmum , but i've heard of him-Richard Hearne ? I've thoroughly enjoyed this thread-a refreshing change from "What are you having for dinner, etc?" Probably sour grapes because I'm not very interested in cooking (My OH just likes "plain"food) Boring,eh? though I made a lovely Pavlova on Tuesday.
Oh I'd forgotten Mr Pastry, Georgiesmum. Has....Are you sitting comfortably?.....been said?
Lino
Curtain wire.
Fennings little lung healers (did they work?)
Whip and Top
Handstands and crab against the school wall.
And jumping in at skipping with a long rope with all the kids in the street.
