Tango? UKTV Galley Slaves and Murphy's Law

Does anyone know what the background music is in the Galley Slaves food programme on UKTV? It is tango/latin and was also used in an episode of Murphy's Law (starring James Nesbitt as an undercover cop)

i think it could be Santa Maria (del buen ayre)

by the Gotan Project -CD - *La Revancha Del Tango*

it was on the opening scene of Murphy's Law episode with night club dancers.
