Net Riddle 2.27

Has anyone here even solved 2.27 on net riddle? I got that it has somethign to do with wood work, and word play. I've a few ideas, but I ain't getting very far. :(

Nope. Been fooling around with it for ages. Last I knew, Net Riddle was temporarily out of action, which I assumed meant it had folded. I checked out all the forums I could find, and they were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. I thought it was something along the lines of 'I wouldn't' (wood ant), sent a mail about two months ago, and have heard nothing back either way. It's a shame, because i was really beginning to enjoy it, although I'll freely admit to getting lots of help on previous answers from the forums (fora?). If you find out, let me know :o) I'll keep an eye on this page

Only trouble with that page is that it's dated the 18th July, and says 'We should be up and running this Sunday, which by my reckoning was the 20th, so once again, they're out of date. Grrr!
