Surely This Cannot Be Right
I ordered a Bidet and Basin tap from True Shopping and although delivery was very good, the Bidet tap has a fault. It is not leaking from the connections it is leaking from the head part. I telephoned them yesterday to report the fault and they have told me to take a picture of the tap(leaking) and post it on to them so they can take the appropriate action. If it had been April fool's day i would have laughed but they were not joking. Surely if a product is faulty they should exchange it. The company has a 30 day money back gaurantee if you dont like the product so i would have expected if a product is faulty, it should be a no quibble guarantee. Please advise if anyone knows the law on this issue as i need to contact them again.

Goods must be suitable for purpose intended and of satisfactory quality which clearly they are not, remind your supplier of your statutory rights and obtain a replacement or refund.
I'm not sure what the issue is. They haven't said they won't replace it- they just want to see that there is a fault. If the issue is that you want them to pay the postage then ask them for a returns label or for a refund of postage costs. If you want them to collect it then you could ask but I'm sure they'd rather it be returned by post
