best eyeliner

i wear a lot of eyeliner (im a teenger..leave me alone!) but i find it smudges very easily leaving me with big dark circles under my eyes. not good.. does anyone know a good black eyeliner that does NOT smudge AT ALL? thanks

Bourjois all the way chick, or if youre on a budget try the 17 eyeliner pen (looks like a felt tip but is suprisingly effective and absolutely DOESNT smudge!) x x x

I've tried loads in my time, trust me. I recommend Channel (it's about �13 but lasts forever). I find it hardly smudges unless of course you've had it on overnight - then you're in trouble! I used to use anything before I came across this, but now i've realised that quality is important :)

I posted a question like this once. You might want to try buying a harder kohl pencil.. not the soft ones. Also do u put moisturiser on your face and around your eyes before you put make up on? I find that leaves the skin moist and causes smudging too. xx
