Fantasy Football Free Bet

I keep getting that free bet offer email from Sky because I'm in the fantasy football league but haven't taken them up on it so far. Can one use it as a one-off bet or does the offer require having to make subsequent bets using one's own money?

You have to register with them and make a deposit you can either add it to a stake of your own or put it on separately but its taken back if you win with it
