Secure email

Does anyone here use secure email that guarantees you are opening the right email from people and not spam? What do you use and how can it be used? Thx.

I use a combination of "Mailwasher Pro" and "spamcop" which has a register of what emails are obvious spam and doesn't deliver any of these to me.
If any get thru, I report them as spam and help ensure they're not delivered to others.

This prog can check any standard "pop3" email (i.e. anything that you can access via Outlook or a similar program) and also hotmail.
