Several years ago I completed an Enduring Power of Attorney. Is this still valid now that they have been replaced by Lasting Power of Attorney?

yes
EPAs drawn up before 1st October 2007 remain valid and can still be registered if that hasn't already been done:

As long as it was made and signed before Oct 2007 it is fine,,,unless rules have change. We had to register ours two years ago when Mum went into a home.
we went across the bridge with no problem - the triggering took the lawyers six weeks for any family objection and the court filing - and £120.

Thanks everyone. I checked, and it was signed in July 2007. No need to apply for registration yet; I just wondered if I needed to make a new one. I'm going to update my Living Will, so thought I could do them at the same time if necessary.
