Kingle Extended Warranty
hi, i left it too late to buy the extended warranty on amazon for my kindle paperwhite. Are there any other companies that would cover it? It's not broken, and i've had it for 40 days

It you lose it or accidentally damage it you may be covered by your house contents insurance.
As it is only £109 (and will get cheaper) I wouldn't bother.

I know i don't "need" an extended warranty, but i'd like one.
it was £169
both my previous kindles broke and while the first one was replaced with no quibbles, the second one was outside of the warranty period by about a week, and all they offered me was £10 off a new one. because the eink leaked, you couldn't tell whether it was dropped (it wasn't) or just malfunctioning

Phone this number: 020 3356 6205 (the provider of the Extended Warranty).
Tell them you received the Kindle for Christmas and want to take out a warranty for it (or get your partner to do it if you bought it yourself).
Tell them you are prepared to have the warranty backdated to the date of purchase if necessary.
