Fellow Ab'ers

Do you, or have you ever had, preconceived notions about other Ab'ers based on their posts, avatars, etc...?
And for those of you who have met fellow Ab'ers...were you surprised or were your expectations met?

LOL I remember that! haha We were freezing our thrupenny bits off, and this dishevelled looking woman came begging. She had no teeth, she belonged on Jezza Kyle, but her coat was lush! lol

I imagine AOG to be quite an irrasicble gentleman - pretty obviously a pensioner, rather tweedy.
On previous threads when this has come up, someone thought I was a pip-smoking sports jacket and flannels type - I am certainly not like that!
I am intererested in Jack, I'd like her to be liker her avatar, but accept that she may be very different.

Oi parkdale, I saw that!
I haven't met many ABer's because being a supermodel it immediately sparks feelings of jealousy and inferiority.
Whenever I go to York and look down at the ground in case anyone has dropped any loose change, I am also surreptitiously looking for Craft.
The Aber's I have met have been lovely, lovely people.

Vodka is gorgeous, was quite glad I was dressed up myself a bit when I met her haha :)
I've met quite a few and all have been pretty much as I imagined though with being on Facebook with them for a while you know more anyway than on here.
I think the loveliest thing is how actually lovely everyone as you always worry a little about meeting people in case it's awkward or whatever but I've had some great times meeting Abers, singularly and in groups.
