Is there any products that really work other than surgery for reducing fine lines and wrinkles around your mouth?

I don't know of any. But why don't you try Botox? Just a few injections and the results last for quite a few months.

Smoking makes you get more wrinkles around the mouth, so all us smokers beware lol. other than botox not sure there is.

drink water, pack in the fags (if you smoke) do really unnattractive, but effective face gurning excersises and a decent moisteriser.... can help prevent your mouth looking like a cats bottom
