I am working on starting an online business of selling handmade items. I just bought the book "The E Myth" and have purchased the website's name.
Have you done it? Can you give me any tips?

Having your own domain name is helpful. The secret is to get the public to come to your site which usually means advertising in the relevent craft magazines. However many will ignore these unless you have something special or maybe offering some discount.

Social Media Marketing is also helpful in advertising your product, as stated above , Wordpress also helps. You can advertise your product, sell it to Ebay. The best thing you can do is do the research, gathering information from you friends what will be the best thing to do.
