Nothing up hon. I wont be going to the Circus of horrors tonight in manchester. Snowed in here. The tickets are paid for and sat in the box office waiting to be picked up. Show is tonight, 7.30. would you like them.
I would sooner someone use them than see them go to waste. thought i wuold offer them to you first before i put them on offer to anyone else. Dont want anything for them, just dont want them to be wasted. X

How thoughtful of you. Unfortunately my circumstances (carer for my wife) would prevent me from taking you up on your kind offer. i'm sorry you can't make it because I got the impression that you were looking forward to it.
PS I was right about the snow. Not enough to make a decent snowball in the whole of our street.
