Aspects of my computer locked to me

For some bizzare reason, i can no longer pick or choose my wallpaper. The whole part where you select the onm you want is visible but i cannot click on anything. Is there a way of unlocking these options?

Are you an administrator of this particular PC ? if not then maybe thats the answer ? check the control panel...

Has someone else got access to the computer? If they have then they may have put local security policy settings in place to restrict your access to these options. Through a management console you can add the snap in for group policy for the local machine. in here you can change these settings if you have the access rights.
