Searched for Wellies yesterday but couldn't fine mine or OH's. I found a pair of boots in the shed I hadn't seen for years. Put them on and got in the car to go shopping and had the most tremendous attack of cramp in my feet, my toes were really curling up. I was in agony going round Lidl's, as soon as I got home I took them off and the cramp immediately went. How weird is that? Can a retain fabric cause cramp.
This reminded me of something from years ago. I bought a pair of shoes from M and S, whenever I wore them and went into Tesco's I had an attack of cramp in my feet, as soon as I went outside it vanished. Anyone had instances of this or is it just another case of me being peculiar?
if the shoes or boots are a bit large, you might be curling your toes up to hold them on without realising it and this can cause cramp. I hate tesco floors and mezzanine floors in general as they make my feet ache
Caran - This reminded me of digging my wellies out of the shed the other year, pushing my foot in and crying out in pain, I had left a pair of socks rolled up in the toe!
everytime I go into a shoe shop to try on winter boots I get horrible cramp in my leg as I start to try them on, and then I am hopping round the shop floor, its horrible and embarassing so I do not have any winter boots.
