samsung e350-mp3's!

i have bought my usb cable for my new samsung e350, and loaded on the disc, now my pc wont recognise the usb!! all i want to do is put mp'3s on!! and it seems noone really knows the answer!!!? can someone help if they know how to please!!?

They really are useless ******* these things, try uninstalling the software and then reinstalling with your cable and phone all connected - i took my samsung d500 to my friends house, same phone, same software but it wouldnt recognise mine until i did this.

oh and for mp3's - you only need to install the usb driver and pim/file manager.

ive had the same problem with my e350!! however i installed the pim/file manager and the usb cabel and worked out how to actually get the mp3 files on but when i tried to load a mp3 it said it can only accept (*mmf) files whatever they are! and that it failed to load the mp3 does anyone know why!?!? could it be because i didnt get the proper network usb? because i got a cheaper one instead???? plz someone help!

lauren!! i got the cheaper one aswell ina red box, instead of the actual "samsung pc link cable", wen i try to load the mps it says exactly the same as you!! i have the same problem as you!! haha pelase someone help us!!!!!
